No problem. Email us at info@lola-luca.com and include your order number. We'll help you find the right size or work out a solution. In 9 out of 10 cases, we reply within 1 business day.

Not sure which size is right for you? Just email us at info@lola-luca.com. Feel free to include your measurements or your usual clothing size so we can help you as quickly and accurately as possible.

Item damaged or a quality issue?

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible. Send us an email at info@lola-luca.com with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A photo of the affected item

The faster you contact us and include a photo, the faster we can find the right solution for you.

Received the wrong item?

If you received the wrong item, please contact us right away at info@lola-luca.com with:

• Your order number
• The name of the item you ordered
• The name of the item you received
• A photo of the item you received

We'll take care of it immediately and make sure you get the right item.

Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable European consumer protection law (updated as of June 19, 2026), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason.

Important: The withdrawal period only begins once your package is officially considered delivered. This is the case when your tracking status shows "Delivered." While your package is still in transit, the right of withdrawal cannot yet be exercised.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal:

• The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date of delivery
• Within this period, email us at info@lola-luca.com with your order number and a note that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
• The item must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method
